Best Halloween Decorations in San Diego for 2025

San Diego County goes ALL OUT for the Halloween season! I posted a question in my stories asking for the best Halloween houses and you delivered. Here is a map of all the submissions. Please note, some are houses, some are streets, some are neighborhoods. Just explore near where the pin is and you will find it!

If you spot a spooky house that needs to be on the list, please send me a DM on Instagram and I will add it to the map. Similarly, if you visit a house / street on the map and it is NOT done up for Halloween, let me know that too so I can remove it!

Bressi Ranch in Carlsbad

The skeleton neighborhood! The best part about this neighborhood is this is totally doable during the day with little kids. I hear this year they have a skeleton Taylor Swift display!

Harmony Grove Village in Escondido

We love their light tunnels and all their spooky decor. Some houses are a little creepy FYI.

Starlight Circle in Santee

This whole street goes all out! Return during Christmas for more festive fun.

Oceanside Spider House

We are always so impressed with this house every year.

Del Sur Pirate House in Rancho Bernardo

This one is a must visit. They build an entire pirate ship! The address is 8293 Katherine Claire Court. Around the corner there’s a Harry Potter House and a Hocus Pocus House as well! A few streets away there is an Area 51 House as well. By that house, there is a creepy clown house. Stop by Chik Fil A when you’re done!

Porch Swing Street in Chula Vista

We haven’t gotten to visit this one yet, but I hear it’s amazing!

Christmas Card Lane in Rancho Penasquitos

Head to Olviedo Street for the most festive area for Christmas and for Halloween. I think you probably have to sign a contract or something that you’re fun and will decorate well before moving here.
