Walk to Defeat ALS Greater San Diego

Join us for the milestone 25th year of the Walk to Defeat ALS Greater San Diego. This free community event will take place on October 3, 2026 at Mission Bay Park.

The Walk to Defeat ALS is more than a fundraising event. It’s a space for hope and healing bringing together families all walking for the same reason: to make ALS livable and cure it!

Every dollar raised goes directly toward care services for local families, advocating for better policies, and global research. Moreover, the Walk serves as a lifeline. For many, it’s the largest support group they have. Here in San Diego, our amazing local Care Services team is supporting over 250 people living with ALS and their families.
