Halloween at the Highlands at Del Mar Highlands Town Center
Two separate windows on Halloween day. At 10:00am there is a Halloween party at the Pop Jet Fountain with live music hosted by children’s performer Kathryn the Grape. Then from 4:00pm to 6:00pm, trick or treating at participating shops, with three character meet and greet zones: Toy Land between Panda Express and Ralphs, Superhero Headquarters at the Pop Jet, and a K-Pop Power Zone on the Sky Deck above Jimbo’s.

Good to know: candy is while supplies last, so get there near 4:00pm. Pick up a trick or treat map at the Pop Jet Fountain. There is a free Eventbrite RSVP that enters you to win Cinepolis tickets, and the fall photo spots stay up through November 11.
