Carlsbad Strawberry Company Pumpkin Patch
You may know it for strawberry picking, but the pumpkin patch is good too, and they open earlier than anybody else in the county. If you are itching for fall in mid September, this is your spot. It is right around the corner from LEGOLAND, though it also sits right next to a major freeway, which dents the farm vibes a bit. Details
- When: September 14 through November 8, 2026, open daily
- Hours: September daily 9:00am to 6:00pm. October Sunday through Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm, Friday and Saturday 9:00am to 10:00pm.
- Where: Carlsbad Strawberry Company, Carlsbad
- Cost: $20 per person in September. In October $20 Monday through Thursday and $25 Friday through Sunday. A weekday only season pass is $100.
- Admission includes: The pumpkin patch, the marigold and celosia flower fields, the Hollandia Chocolate Milk Saloon, tricycle racetrack, hippity hop, block yard, sand box, hay pyramid, free games, farm learning displays and photo ops
- Extra cost: Jurassic Fright $10, corn maze $10, sheep and goats $5, rabbits $5, tractor ride $10, and a haunted corn maze on Fridays and Saturdays in October for $25
- Warning: Bounceland is priced separately at about $30 for 20 minutes of jumping. Check before you promise the kids.
