Belmont Park Dipper Dash 5K and Kids Loop
A 5K through Mission Beach starting and finishing at the Belmont Park midway, with a quarter mile Kids Loop after it. Race entry includes a ride wristband, which makes this an easy one to turn into a whole morning. Details
- When: Sunday, September 20, 2026. 5K starts 8:00 am, Kids Loop starts 9:00 am. Check in 6:30 to 7:45 am for the 5K and 6:30 to 8:45 am for the Kids Loop.
- Where: Belmont Park midway, 3146 Mission Blvd, San Diego, CA 92109
- Cost: 5K $54.95 through September 19, $64.95 on race day. Kids Loop $44.95.
- Ages: 5K is intended for ages 10 and up. Kids Loop is for ages 10 and under.
- 5K includes: Timing chip, race bib, finisher medal, one drink ticket, a Ride and Play wristband, afterparty access and event photography
- Kids Loop: A quarter mile course around Belmont Park, with a complimentary wristband for young runners
